$150 for up to 5 children and each additional child is $30 ( for arena rental only) 4 games or 2 games and a farm tour for $100 each additional game is $25 except the farm tour which is $50 (***picture with a pony & picture as a cowboy*** prices may vary depending on the amount of guests; you will be notified at time of scheduling of the price for your party) cake, decorations, and party favors are not included Scheduling is recomended to be done atleast two weeks beofore the event for booking purposes but the earlier the better. A non refundable deposit needs to be in one week or earlier in the amount of $150 which covers the cost of renting the arena. In the event that the party must be postponed the deposit will carry over but if the party is completely cancelled during the week before the party the deposit will be kept to compensate for the loss of oppurtunity to rent out the facility. Sorry for any inconvience. In addition it is neccesary at the time of scheduling to have a somewhat accurate idea of how many guests will be attending so that the games and activities are accurately set up to provide for everyone; and continued communication is encouraged to avoid any problems of entertaining your guests. |

| GAMES: (include but are not limited to) farm tour (a hay ride trip around the farm on a gator to see the pond and duck, then onto the rabbits and chickens, and of course we will see the ponies and horses with a short stop at each to allow the children to interact and have a hands on experience!!!) pony rides (each child will be given the chance to be led on a pony around the riding arena) picture with a pony (each child will have the chance to sit on the pony and have his/her picture taken and the pictures will be printed on site by a HP photosmart A627 and a cd containing every child's photo will be given to the guest of honor!) straw pit (one stall in the barn will be completely cleaned and sanitized before the celebration then filled with straw so a small group of kids may go in and jump as they may in similar foam pit. The groups will be rotated in and out so that everyone has a chance to roll and bounce around.) pinata (a birthday favorite a paper mache character will be filled with various treats and hung in the arena for the children to attempt to break it. To discuss the character or to provide a special one please contact us at the above listed information.) hide the horseshoe (the horse shoes will be hidden in the saw dust mixture flooring of the arena -similar to finding a needle in hay stack but much safer- the children will be allowed to run, search, and dig to find the ones they can; depending on the number of children determines how many shoes will be hidden) pin the tail on the pony (a picture of an actual pony will be posted on the wall with yarn tails to hand out so that each child may try to place the pony's tail in the appropriate place.) hand print tribute (a white poster board will be hung on one wall of the arena and each child will have the chance to come up and place their hand in finger paint to press it on the poster board making a hand print collage of the birthday guests to be given to the birthday child. In addition each child will also place their hand print on a sheet of computer paper with the guest of honor's hand print and a message on the bottom that reads "Thank you for coming to my # birthday party- name of child who is hosting the party" so that everyone has a special keepsake.) water activities (your choice of a water balloon fight or running through the sprinkler, the sprinkler will be set up out side and the balloon fight depending on the set up of the party will either be done in the arena or outside as well. each child may rinse off with the hose at the end to get the grass or any dirt off but if you select this option please inform your guests to bring an extra change of clothes, so they may change in the clubhouse and leave dry and comfortable.) face painting (there will be a table set up with face painting where each child may take turns coming up to select from a display of options that they may wish to have painted on their cheek or hand. only one illustration per child to ensure everyone gets a turn.) bobbin' for apples (a child's pool will be filled with water and apples will be placed inside so that the children may gather around and attempt to bob for apples only using their mouths!) lasso a barrel (three children at a time will be given a lasso and one barrel will be infront of each of them. they will stand at a mark and attempt to lasso the barrel each time they succeed the mark will be scooted back to excel the challenge when they miss they are out similar to the rules of limbo but cowboy style!) horse racing (the children will each be given a stick horse made out 'fall safe materials' and will be lined up in the arena and will race around to the finish line) picture as a cowboy (a piece of plywood with a cartoon cowboy and cowgirl portrait painted on it and holes cut out of the faces will be set up so the children may take a picture a cowboy/girl the photos will be printed on site by a HP photosmart A627 and handed out at the end to go home with each child and the birthday guest will be given a c.d. containing all of the guests photos.) drop the horse shoe (two children at a time will get to sit in the straw padded bucket of the bobcat and drop a horse shoe into a bucket as the child succeeds the bobcat bucket will rise to complicate the process. if a child misses he/she will be let off and the other child will continue until they miss and then two more will be given the chance.
